Hi ,I’m rainah marie!

Founder of Somatic Nutrition™ and Embodiment Coach.

I support individuals in restoring nervous system balance, rebuilding self-trust, and cultivating internal coherence through nourishment and embodied practice.

From Survival Mode to Internal Coherence

There was a time when I was the one who held everything together.

I was capable, driven, dependable. I kept pushing forward no matter how exhausted I felt. On the outside, I appeared composed and strong. On the inside, I felt disconnected from my own body.

My nervous system was constantly activated, even when nothing was visibly wrong.

That internal dysregulation began shaping everything.

It showed up in my relationships as blurred boundaries and over-functioning. I carried more than was mine. I said yes when I meant no. I tried to manage outcomes so I could feel safe.

It showed up with food as control and compensation. Restriction at times. Emotional eating at others. Using nourishment to soothe, numb, or regain a sense of stability I did not yet know how to create internally.

It showed up in my energy as burnout. In my body as tension. In my heart as quiet resentment and confusion.

I did not need more discipline.
I needed regulation.
I needed safety in my own body.

My healing did not begin with a dramatic moment. It began with a quiet realization that I could not continue living from survival patterns.

I turned toward the body.

I studied biology and nutrition. I immersed myself in nervous system science, somatics, embodiment, and energetic integration. I explored how stress imprints on the body and how nourishment can either amplify dysregulation or support coherence.

What I discovered was this:

When the nervous system is unstable, everything feels out of control. Boundaries blur. Food becomes emotional. Relationships become reactive. Decisions become urgent instead of aligned.

But when the body feels safe, clarity returns.

Somatic Nutrition™ was born from that integration. It is the framework I built through lived experience and disciplined study. It bridges nourishment, nervous system awareness, embodied discernment, and energetic balance to restore self-trust and internal coherence.

Today, I guide individuals who are ready to move beyond survival mode. People who have been strong for too long. People who crave steadiness, clarity, softness, and grounded authority.

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about regulating the body, rebuilding trust, and remembering who you are beneath the armor.

If you are ready to live from coherence instead of control, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

THE MISSION

My mission is to guide individuals back home to their bodies.

In a world that pulls us into pressure, performance, and survival, many of us lose the simple joy of being alive. We become disconnected from our rhythms, our intuition, and the quiet steadiness within us. We search for peace outside ourselves while our bodies quietly wait to be heard.

Through nourishment, nervous system regulation, and embodied practice, we begin restoring safety within. Strength and softness come back into harmony. Action and intuition work together. The body no longer feels like something to control, but something to trust.

As inner balance returns, life begins to feel different. There is more space. More clarity. More presence. Joy is no longer something to chase. It becomes something you can feel in ordinary moments.

When we are at peace within ourselves, regardless of outer circumstances, we move through the world differently. Our relationships soften. Our boundaries strengthen. Our choices align. The steadiness we cultivate internally begins to ripple outward.

Transformation does not require force. It begins with returning home.

And from that place, we remember the wonder of simply being alive.
